We've had a couple meetups on here for object manipulation, but they've rarely met. I'm going to use this group to post spin jams that get posted to DC Fireflies among others. Hopefully this group will help those folks looking to learn to spin and give all of us a chance to get together and trade tricks and techniques more often. If you'd like to pick up poi or just meet some other spinners, give us a whirl. I should be posting both spin jams and fire jams on here.

Activities such as hula hooping (the act of doing hula hoop) will strengthen your bones and tone your muscles. This one hour workout uses over 30 core muscles. Hooping is way more fun than the hula hooping you might remember as a child. Our bigger, 1 to 1.5lbs hoops are easier to use.
